• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  •  The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging . You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All eligible returns have 2 options
  • 1-If you know you’ll buy something in the near future, but aren’t quite sure what you want right now, a store credit is issued which expires 12 months after issue date.  *(Store credit covers the total cost of the item/s returned, excluding shipping charges which is either the amount paid by the customer or a flat rate of $10  where applicable.  
  • 2-Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. It’s a flat rate of $10 for return delivery if you choose a refund. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.
  • We will email your Store Credit  within 1-2 business days of receiving your return.
  • The cost of return shipping or exchanging will be at customer's expense. we do not credit for cost of return postage or the cost of postage for exchanging the item  


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
